World premiere of the Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS

Stuttgart. Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG is commemorating the opening night of the Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS at Vehicle China in Beijing. The duo of speedy and powerful mid-engine cars from Porsche are setting new stylish benchmarks in their sector. Porsche will be premiering the two brand-new top designs for the first time at its press conference on April 20, 11:30 a.m. local time (5:30 a.m. CEST) in Hall E5, booth 05.

In addition to the new GTS sports cars, four unique new items for the Chinese market are also making their launching. two brand-new race cars, the 919 Hybrid and the 911 RSR, together with the 918 Spyder Hybrid round out the sporty contingent by Porsche in Beijing.

Porsche has a visibility unlike that of any other brand in the still young sports vehicle market in Asia with its exceptionally attractive two-door luxury segment automobiles– the 911, Boxster and Cayman. In 2013, the sports automobile producer increased its sales by 19.9 percent to a total amount of 37,425 automobiles supplied.
